The Village Coach

Client feedback
It's one thing hearing it from me, but the important thing is how I have helped other women manage their own juggle. Here's what my clients have said…
A story of transformation: Clementina
When Clementina first came to me, she was in survival mode. She was holding everything together for her family, but inside she felt burnt out and close to breaking. What she wanted was space to breathe, clarity on her next steps, and a way to feel like herself again. In our sessions, she found that space. For one hour every two weeks, she finally had permission to put herself at the top of the list. That rhythm changed everything; for her and for her family. Over time, she began to rediscover her individuality, build her own version of a village, and even launch a flexible art business that aligned with her values. As she told me, “It’s more about finding ourselves again, our individuality and a bit of joy, which sometimes can be lost.” Clementina’s journey shows what is possible when you want to stop just surviving and start reconnecting with your strength. One story of transformation: Meet Clementina When Clementina first came to me, she was running on empty. On the outside, she was coping, but inside, she felt close to breaking. What she really wanted was something forward-focused and practical. She had already done the deep digging into the past. Now she wanted clarity, accountability, and a safe space to put herself first. She told me, “When I first started, it was more of a crisis. I needed the help, and it was very much as a mum, just trying to go from survival to living.” In those early sessions, our work was about creating breathing space. For one hour, every two weeks, she finally had permission to put herself at the top of the list. She said, “For one hour every two weeks, I get to sit and put myself at the top of the list, which as a mum, we never do.” That small rhythm rippled out into her whole family. When she felt more energised and centred, her household felt calmer too. Together, we worked on unravelling the “shoulds,” reconnecting her with her individuality, and defining what her modern village could look like. Sometimes that meant something as simple as asking for help or paying for support without guilt. Clementina shared, “I need to kind of re-engage a new village. Even paying someone to clean counts, because that is how you are facilitating your village. Helly helped me see that.” Over time, her confidence grew. As her footing became steadier, she started to explore new dreams for herself. One of the biggest shifts was launching her own online art business, a flexible path that fits around family life. She told me, “We looked at what I did want and what I didn’t want, what was feasible, what my values were. There’s not one bit that wasn’t Helly. She held my hand through the whole thing.” Now, coaching is a steady anchor in her life. It is no longer about crisis. It is about protecting her space, sustaining her energy, and making sure she has time for herself as well as her family. As Clementina beautifully put it, “It’s more about finding ourselves again, our individuality and a bit of joy, which sometimes can be lost.” Her story is a reminder that you do not need to become someone new. You only need to rediscover the woman you already are, with the support and tools to live in a way that feels right for you.
“When I first started, I was more in crisis, just trying to go from survival to living. Helly gave me the space to finally put myself at the top of the list. Over time, she’s helped me not only sustain that but also build my own business.
Coaching with Helly feels like a treat, not a chore. She’s kind, welcoming, and completely without judgment.”

“Helly really was able to dive into some of those areas and ask questions, which allowed me to figure out where I was having those pain points and what I needed to do. It was super practical, just really good to get out of the headspace when you are ‘in’ your business, I would really recommend it.”

“Helly helps me sort my head out. I come away with clarity, not because she tells me what to do, but because she guides me back to myself.
That’s so empowering.”
